Porous ceramic ball is corundum and mullite are used as the main crystal phase of the product,feldspar glass and kaolin sintered body are used as the structural bridge,and alumina sintered corundum and mullite crystals are used for high mechanical strength,high temperature resistance,cold and hot resistance,oxidation resistance,wear resistance,and strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
Application
Porous porcelain balls are widely used in petroleum,chemical industries,as catalyst supporting covering cushion material and packing tower. The new material is developed on the basis of inert alumina porcelain ball.by using the ball diameter as an axial opening,not only retains the mechanical strength,chemical stability and thermal stability of the inert porcelain ball.
