Product Description

Refractory ceramic ball is made of industrial alumina and refractory kaolin as the main raw materials by scientific formulation, forming and high temperature calcination.It has 1. high mechanical strength, long service cycle; 2. good chemical stability, no chemical reaction with the material; 3. good high temperature resistance, the highest heat resistance temperature of refractory porcelain ball can reach 1900 degrees.
 

Application

Refractory ceramic ball Especially suitable for chemical fertilizer plant in high and low temperature conversion furnace, conversion furnace, hydroconverter, desulfurization tank and methanation furnace, to disperse gas and liquid, and support, cover and protect the catalyst role. Refractory porcelain balls can also be used in hot blast furnaces and heating conversion equipment in the steel industry.
