Product Description

Metal raschig ring is the earliest development of a kind of loose packing. Its shape is simple,and its height is equal to its diameter. it has excellent acid resistance,can resist all kinds of acid corrosion, and is resistant to high temperature and aging.its height is equal to the diameter,and the commonly used size is 25mm~76mm.the metal ring thickness is 0.3mm~1.6mm,and the wall of the ring should be thinned as far as possible if the strength is permitted.
 

Application

The metal raschig ring can be used in chemical industry,metallurgy,gas oxygen industry drying tower, absorption tower, washing tower, recycling tower and so on.it is one of the most widely used tower packing.due to its excellent acid resistance,high temperature resistance and anti-aging properties,this filler is widely used in various industrial processes to improve mass transfer efficiency,optimize fluid mechanical properties,and thereby improve production efficiency and product quality.

Its shape is simple, the height is equal to the size of the diameter. Large size rasping rings (more than 100mm) are generally filled in the whole way, and the rasping rings below 75mm are generally filled in a disorderly way. Metal rasping rings are widely used in many fields, but the most important field of its application is as catalyst support.
