1. Core Separation Application Scenarios
Halogenated Organic Compound Distillation: Specifically adapted to the distillation process of halogenated organic compounds, leveraging ceramic's excellent chemical stability to resist corrosion from halogen-containing media, ensuring reliable separation performance and long-term operation.
Corrosive Mixture Processing: Ideal for rectification and absorption processes of corrosive mixtures-especially those with strict requirements on pressure drop and theoretical number of plates. Its regular structure ensures stable pressure drop control, while the optimized surface design meets the high-precision separation demand for theoretical plate count.
2. Adaptation to High-Corrosion & High-Load Media
Acid-Related Processes: Widely used in sulfuric acid absorption, nitric acid enrichment, and gas purification in chemical fertilizer plants. It exhibits strong resistance to highly corrosive intrinsic media (e.g., concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid), avoiding material degradation and ensuring efficient mass transfer in acid-containing systems.
