Carbon Molecular Sieve:

Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) is an advanced non-polar carbonaceous adsorbent with a uniformly distributed microporous structure, designed for pressure swing adsorption (PSA) gas separation. As the core of PSA nitrogen generators, it replaces traditional cryogenic methods with high cost-effectiveness.
Based on kinetic separation, CMS adsorbs oxygen molecules (which diffuse faster) while allowing nitrogen molecules to pass through, producing high-purity nitrogen (95%-99.999%) at normal temperature and pressure via cyclic adsorption and desorption.
Our CMS features high mechanical strength, strong chemical stability (acid/alkali/high-temperature resistance), energy-saving performance, and a long service life (≥5-10 years). Made from high-quality carbon precursors, it ensures reliable adsorption selectivity.
Widely used in food preservation, electronics, chemicals, metal heat treatment, and laser cutting, it provides an efficient on-site nitrogen supply to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
