What is a High Alumina Ceramic Ball?
High alumina ceramic balls are industrial ceramic spheres sintered from high-purity alumina (Al2O3), featuring excellent thermal resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, and outstanding chemical stability. Depending on the alumina content, common grades include 92%, 95%, and 99%, suitable for use in high-temperature reactors, ball mills, and as support media in catalyst beds.
In practical applications, they help evenly distribute catalysts, reduce pressure drop, and enhance system efficiency. They are widely used in petrochemical, fine chemical, metallurgy, electronic ceramics, and pharmaceutical industries, making them an ideal material for demanding environments.
