Plastic Pall Ring 

Our 25mm plastic pall rings are premium random packing for distillation towers, absorption columns, and stripping systems. Made from corrosion-resistant polypropylene (PP) or other thermoplastics, these rings provide excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents.

The unique pall ring design — featuring multiple windows and inward-curved fingers — increases void space and surface area. This results in lower pressure drop, higher capacity, and superior gas-liquid contact efficiency compared to conventional packing. With a void fraction exceeding 90%, these rings enable higher throughput and reduced energy consumption in your tower operations.

Lightweight and durable, our 25mm pall rings resist fouling and crushing. They operate reliably at temperatures up to 100°C (material-dependent). Ideal for distillation, desulfurization, and cooling tower applications, they deliver consistent separation efficiency and long service life.
