The characteristics of 4A molecular sieve include its strong adsorption property,adsorption capacity of non-ionic surfactants,liquid carrying capacity,detergency,redeposition resistance,compatibility with other additives,PH buffer effect and safety.4A molecular sieve is alkaline, 1% aqueous solution has a PH of 11.0,has a certain buffer alkalinity.
 

Application

Molecular sieves are synthetic silicoaluminates that work by adsorbing or repelling molecules of different substances.with reversible adsorption,cation exchange and other properties,widely used in petrochemical,freezing,food and other fields.the main applications include drying,purification,separation and catalysis of gases and liquids.

The adsorption capacity of 4A molecular sieve for non-ionic surfactants is 3 times that of NTA(subamino-triacetate) and sodium carbonate,is 5 times that of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) and sodium sulfate.this property is particularly important in the production of high concentration washing powder by agglomeration molding.can be mixed with more surfactants,can be made into a product with good washing and flowing properties.
4A molecular sieve has good adhesion to oil pollution,when mixed with other additives such as sodium carbonate,sodium silicate and sodium sulfate,can significantly reduce the adsorption of nylon cloth to oil pollution,has good resistance to redeposition.
