Honeycomb Ceramics Regenerator
Special cellular heat accumulator, the heat storage body is distributed through the upper and lower honeycomb holes, and the irregular micro holes are distributed on the side wall between the small holes and the small holes, and the micro holes are communicated with each other. Honeycomb ceramic accumulator is a key component of regenerative burners, which is widely used in various heating furnaces, hot blast furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, cracking furnaces, roasters, melting furnaces, soaking furnaces, oil and gas boilers and other furnaces in steel, machinery, building materials, petrochemical, non-ferrous metal smelting and other industries. The technology is to make two regenerative chambers alternately absorb and release heat through reversing devices. Maximum limit to recover the heat of the flue gas, and then the combustion air and gas in the furnace to more than 1000ºC, even low calorific value of inferior fuel can achieve stable ignition and efficient combustion, can save fuel up to 40-70%.
