It mainly consists of plastic wire mesh, mesh grid, mesh block, and supporting devices to secure the mesh block. The plastic mesh-part of gas-liquid filter screens-uses non-metallic wires: either multi-strand twisted non-metallic fibers or single-strand non-metallic wires.
Weighing just 1/3 of metal versions, it's easy to install, acid/alkali-resistant and anti-aging-great for chemical, petroleum, tower manufacturing, and pressure vessel industries. It captures droplets over 3-5 µm (even smaller ones) via inertial interception and coalescence, ensuring clean exhaust and stable operation. The top pick for lightweight working conditions!
