Designed to purify molten aluminum/alloys by trapping inclusions (oxides, carbides) while ensuring laminar flow to minimize gas entrapment and turbulence.
Filtration Process:3D reticulated foam structure (10–80 PPI) physically screens impurities (≥20–50 µm).
Chemical inertness prevents reaction with molten aluminum (700–800°C).
