Ceramic corrugated regular packing is a kind of high-efficiency tower inner part, made of high-purity ceramic material with regular corrugated structure. It is widely used in chemical, environmental protection, petroleum and other industries because of its corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high efficiency mass transfer and other characteristics, suitable for corrosive media and high temperature and high pressure environment.
The liquid holdup of ceramic corrugated packing is small,and the operation liquid-gas ratio and elasticity are large.less liquid holdup means that the liquid stays in the tower for a short time,operating pressure drop is small,is conducive to variable operating conditions.ceramic corrugated filler is resistant to strong acid,strong alkali,so it is used more in the pharmaceutical industry.
In the waste gas treatment,waste water treatment and other environmental protection projects,ceramic corrugated filler can be used to improve the waste gas,waste water treatment efficiency,reduce pollutant discharge.its good mass transfer performance is helpful to improve the treatment effect of environmental protection projects.
