Product Description

Ceramic cross partition ring is only suitable for neat stacking,and is generally only used as the support distribution layer of the bottom of the tower with disorderly packing.with a diameter of 25-150mm,the cross diaphragm ring can be used as a supporting material,and the void ratio is greater than 60%,and the number is the number of converging.and the thickness range is around 3.5-15mm.
 

Application

Ceramic cross partition ring has excellent acid and heat resistance,and can resist the corrosion of various acids and alkalis except fluoroxic acid.ceramic packing can be used in chemical industry,metallurgy,acid production,gas,oxygen production,pharmaceutical,fine chemical industry scrubber,cooling tower,recycling tower,desulfurization tower,drying tower,absorption tower and reactor lining.

The working principle of ceramic cross ring packing is based on the gas-liquid mass transfer process.in tower equipment,the gas enters from the top of the packing and makes full contact with the liquid entering from below through the pores of the packing.the special structure of the cross ring packing enables the gas and liquid to form more turbulence and mixing when in contact,thereby increasing the contact area of the atmospheric liquid and extending the contact time,and promoting the mass transfer process of the solute from gas to liquid.
