Inert porcelain ball has the characteristics of high strength,high chemical stability and thermal stability,inert porcelain ball can withstand high temperature,high pressure and acid,alkali,salt and various organic solvents corrosion,inert porcelain ball is widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,fertilizer,environmental protection and other industries.the inert porcelain ball is used as the supporting and covering material of the catalyst in the reactor,which can buffer the impact of the liquid and gas entering the reactor on the catalyst,protect the catalyst,and improve the distribution of the liquid in the reactor.
The classification of inert porcelain balls includes two kinds of packing porcelain balls and grinding porcelain balls.packing ceramic balls are widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,fertilizer and environmental protection industries.is used as the covering supporting material and tower packing of catalyst in reactor.grinding class porcelain ball is mainly used in ball mill,cylindrical grinding machine vibration grinding machine,fine crushing equipment of grinding medium,has high hardness,large volume density,advantages of corrosion resistance,its grinding efficiency and wear resistance significantly better than ordinary or natural pebble stone,in ceramics,enamel,glass,paint chemical and other industries widely used.
